I hired Key Depot to rekey locks and reprogram the keypad entry at one of my residential rental properties during a tenant turnover. I paid $205.68 for the service. The very next morning, my prepaid property inspection could not be completed because the keypad entry no longer worked after Key Depot serviced it. This resulted in a missed inspection appointment fee of $45.00, in addition to the lost $250.00 inspection scheduling and delays in getting my property back on the rental market. Kai fro

Had a great experience!! I called and was able to make an appointment for the next day. Elvis, the tech, was ahead of schedule and able to meet earlier than planned. Super quick and easy. Would definitely recommend!
