Contact the states attorney office and file a complaint if you have been scammed by this “business”. They are underreporting taxes and charging illegal surcharges. Not to mention the predatory business practices. Edit: if paying with a credit card or debit card, be sure to issue a charge back immediately, file a police report as well. If they refuse to leave or try to blockade your travel, call police immediately, they should be trespassed from your property if you have the wherewithal to do so.

I called this locksmith to unlock the door at my single-family home. I canceled the request about 10 minutes after the initial call, before any work was performed.
