My son's key broke on his 2012 expedition. We had bought replacement keys from Amazon and had them cut and attempted to have them programmed here locally. After several attempts the local shop cut one of their keys and still wasn't able to program it. I called Integrity after another service tech was a no show multiple times. Integrity tech came on schedule to look at our electric key lock which had been installed 3 months ago by a different business tech. Very polite. Service took maybe 5 -7minutes, turned out to be just a reset button that needed to be pressed. I did pay the service fee which included a military discount. Must had been the easiest quickest service fee made, but my fault for not reading my lock manual.
