You agree not to: (a) submit fake or misleading reviews; (b) impersonate another person; (c) use automated systems to scrape or collect data from our platform; (d) attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews; (e) harass or threaten other users or business owners.
The ProCheckr name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. User-submitted reviews remain the property of their authors, with a perpetual license granted to ProCheckr for display purposes.
ProCheckr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no claims regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of business information, reviews, ratings, contact details, or any other content displayed on this platform. Business data is aggregated from publicly available sources and may be outdated, incomplete, or incorrect.
We do not verify the identity of reviewers, the accuracy of reviews, or the current operating status of listed businesses. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by listed businesses. Users should independently verify all information before making decisions based on content found on this platform.
ProCheckr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
