We had a major plumbing issue and Luis was by our side the entire time. There was standing water under our mobile home and before the plumbers could start the repairs the underneath area had to be cleaned and dried. He consulted with our plumber and then came back as soon as the plumbers were finished and then used a large dehumidifier to complete the job. Customer service and personality was second to none!

Luis came right out to our house and was very kind, thorough and informative. He made a not so good situation more tolerable. He explained everything and we appreciated his knowledge and kindness.

Luis was great. He came Monday morning after we talked late Sunday. He was very thorough on his review of situation after checking water damage in laundry room, garage and bedroom closet. Luis explained choices and potential costs involved. After we made our choice he went right to work on cutting out wall board, moulding and carpet in closet. Then set up fans in laundry, garage, closet and against wall in eat in kitchen that backs on laundry. He scheduled to come back on Wednesday to check if e
