On Dec 6, 2024 (about 6:30 pm) we had an overflow from our laundry sink. The water went onto the laundry floor, seeped into an adjacent guest bed room soaking the carpet along the bedroom walls. Also, water seeped into the garage floor. I contacted a quick response team from Flood Pros. They (Juan Brea and another Technician) arrived at about 825 pm. They removed standing water and water in the carpet. Heater/blowers and dehumidifiers were placed in specified areas. Each step of the way J
