Would not recommend this company. Had them out 8 weeks ago to look at a deck structure. I've followed up multiple times and they are now nonresponsive. Never sent a bid. Doesn't seem very organized or professional.

We'd been putting off replacing the deck for probably three years, just kept saying next summer. Finally my dad was visiting and basically refused to walk on it, said the ledger board looked sketchy, and that was enough to get us moving. Looked at a few estimates and Travis was somewhere in the middle price-wise but the guy who came out actually got under the deck and took pictures of what was going on underneath which nobody else did. Whole project ran about eight days I think.

I highly recommend Travis for any deck maintenance. they recently cleaned and sealed our deck and it looks wonderful. The price was exactly what was quoted in the initial estimate.
