i'm selling my house and the inspector raised an issue with the deck saying it was not to code. i called and talked to ryan and he told me to text him photos of the deck and he replied that it was to code. he provided documentation so we could give it to the buyers. this was done all for free. you don't find businesses like this company and people like ryan a lot anymore. more often, people will lie and try to take advantage of people creating fear and worry to get the contract. i wholeheartedly
