The Fireplace Center install installed our wood-burning insert about four years ago and we’ve been very pleased with it. We thought it was time to get the Chimny swept so we called and scheduled a service date. Their technician came out. He was very nice and polite and after about a half hour, he came up and told us he’s never worked on one of these inserts before and did not know how to do it and he’d have to reschedule.
