Seth was out today to do diagnostics and refresh on our two fireplaces. Couldn’t be more pleased. He was professional and thorough…answered questions …and offered insights and opinions based on my equipment and set of facts, which I found helpful and, frankly, refreshing. I’d recommend him to anyone who wanted to receive value from their service professional.

Seth with Cinder Box has been out to our house twice now and has been completely wonderful both times. He was educational, thorough, kind and very efficient and helpful. He ended up doing media refreshes on both of our fire places and did a great job. I forgot to review Seth the first time he came out, but he was great and deserves two five star reviews from me. Can't recommend Cinder Box more!
