Sunstate showed up when they said they would, and did what they said they would do. They were pleasant to speak with, courteous, and took special care with our belongings. They cleaned up after themselves each day (this was a three day project) and left the entire location very tidy - as well as clean. They managed to remove years of build-up from surfaces that I was convinced could not be restored. THANK YOU, SUNSTATE!

Nick and Michelle have been pressure washing my condo building for the last 5 years. They do a fantastic job. We have the building cleaned twice a year and Nick calls to remind me that we are due, and we schedule a service the following week. They always show up and get the job done on time. I highly recommend Nick and Michelle if you are in need of their services. They are great!

April 26,2026 Nick as usual did an awesome job!!! This is 2nd time we have used him.. this time he pressure washed entire house, pool screen enclosure, porch, front walkway to main entrance and circular driveway… he was so thorough and covered up plants so they would not get damaged… the place is spotless … really outstanding work!!!
