I reached out to Stephen via text for a quick quote and arranged a date/time for him to come and powerwash the lanai screen and floors. He came 15 minutes early, and spent roughly two hours at the house. He's very kind and a hard worker. Didn't ask for a tip, but asked for a five-star review which I will honor. We just had back-to-back hurricanes so this floor was filthy, but because of him our floors look good as new. Very grateful, will keep as a contact.
