We purchased a home and this company serviced the entire neighborhood. We noticed that the system stopped feeding into the grid and checked the website. The site reported that Sun is aware of the problem and a Tech will coordinate to fix. Months later and NOTHING. So, we called and .... Still CANNOT get a Service Tech to fix our inverter.... so we have panels on our roof that fail to work. And now we just got a BIG bill from SCE.
