Originally they were 5/5 , even coming quickly to do a roof repair that caused a leak (tile misplaced near their installation) but for the last 6 weeks I have been trying to get them to come fix the dry wall in my daughters room (it has heavy water damage) and every time its "were busy call Mon for the schedule", "Call Thurs for the schedule" , "we'll call you back later today" which is very frustrating.
