Please be aware: This company does not follow up or return calls as promised. My issue began when a squirrel damaged my solar panels by nesting underneath, chewing through roofing materials, and biting into wiring. I first called the company on Thursday to request repairs. The representative who answered, Izzy, was very knowledgeable and helpful. However, he explained that his department handled roofing, not solar panel removal, and that Alex from the solar panel department would call me later
