The reason why I leave such a bad review is because I paid so much money for my solar panels and they have the worst customer service. They are supposed to monitor the solar panels and notify when the system is down, well they don’t. The homeowner ends up doing that and trying to figure out what the issue is. They came to my house over a month ago to take a look at my solar panels and no call back as to what the findings were found but yet they were quick to send me the service bill to pay.
