I had an excellent experience with Smith Thompson Security! Eric the sales representative and Chad the technician were professional, friendly, and efficient. We upgraded our system and installed Ring bell and back door camera. It is my first time using them to secure my home and so far it’s been a great experience. You pay for your system and their service is month to month basis so what more could you ask for. Definitely recommend them!

Technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. Only took about 30 min to hook up my equipment to their receiver and they arrived when they said they would. Their cost is fabulous, I was with ADT at $70+ month and with Smith Thompson it’s $20. I’m VERY happy!
