They missed to even tell me that motion detector is part of base package as they advertised, the tech came and he did not notice the missing of motion detector, the install is incomplete

Service to update my security system was outstanding. Freddy in the Austin office helped me figure out what I would need as part of the upgrade after new windows installed and the technician who did the wireless contact installation and restarted and tested my system was very experienced, knowledgeable and efficient.
