Great experience all around. Went into the store and was greeted and helped by a nice lady who was very knowledgable. Once we paid for the stove and piping they ordered our stove and then set a date for installation. The guy who came and installed my stove was very knowledgable, respectful, looks to have done a great job, and cleaned up after himself. I have not yet had a fire in it since its summer but i dont think ill be having any issues. If so id assume they would take care of it promptly as
