‘B’ was very knowledgeable and helpful during a service call. More importantly he is transparent and is very prompt to answer any calls or messages. I appreciate the service - we will keep in mind for any future stove needs or replacements.

We were having some issues with our older Whitfield stove blinking an error message. I contacted B with Gold Country Stove and he happened to be in the area. In less than an hour he swung by to help me diagnose the problem. After spending 30 minutes helping troubleshoot the stove, we narrowed it down to the control board. He was very nice and very helpful. I even tried to pay him for his time and he refused it, stating that he was just happy to help. His customer service attitude blew me away!

B installed our pellet stove in 2022 and has been servicing it annually ever since. He was also available for a small problem we had with it between servicing’s and promptly fixed it so we could keep warm without waiting.
