My friend had a very upsetting experience at this gas station. While dealing with a payment issue using the Shell app, one of the employees made a racist comment, saying, "You Indians are always like this." This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any professional setting. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure all customers are treated with respect, regardless of their background. This happened on December 23rd around 11PM.
