I used seal tight waterproofing and restoration for a house I was selling. It wasn't a easy job to fix floor joist, insulate , encapsulate and put in a crock and sump pump.they we're on time and budget, and when they were complete they cleaned up the site like noone was there. I would not recommend this company. They did not add enough vapor barrier to cover the whole crawl and there is still mold even after they said they treated. They didn’t even put insulation in and when called it took 2 weeks to get them back and they used dirty moldy insulation that was left in the crawl space from the tear out.
