So far we are so impressed with KCS. I called to get an estimate and the person answering the phone was extremely professional and friendly. Ray came out and listened to all of our concerns and gave us very detailed information and provided a quote quickly. We are looking forward to working with them.

The estimate process was great! Ray was extremely knowledgeable. Any question we had, he answered and explained the reasoning for a fix. Options were given and he even suggested a few things we can do now to help while we're trying to make our decision on the work we need done. It was a great experience. Highly recommend UPDATE I HAD SOME ISSUES WITH THE SOIL GRADE AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED ,CALLED PAUL FRANKLIN AND HE TOOK CARE OF IT, ALFREDO, JADEN & KYLE CAME AND FIXED THE PROBLEM . Just had a crawl space encapsulation completed, very satisfied with the process. Decided to have this done in December 2025 but wanted to wait until Spring for the work to be completed. They worked with on this request, no issues. Had all the old insulation removed, all the flooring and floor joists sprayed for fungus and mold control. Dehumidifier installed with outside drain. The 4 man crew finished the job in two days, pleased with the finished product. Would recommend them to anyone looking
