Service worked, though it was a bit expensive for a single gopher and requires getting locked in to a year-long contract. That’s fine and not the reason for this review. I’ve never experienced such a difficult cancellation process. The first time I called in when I eventually got off hold (not a big deal, holding for 5-10 minutes isn’t crazy for a large company) I told the rep I wanted to cancel and was happy to pay the cancellation fee and for the next 10 minutes he wouldn’t let me cancel. Don’t call them to inquire about their service. They seem to have an auto dialer that will try to reach you at least 5 times a day until you answer. Even after answering and saying “ stop calling me” they keep calling.
