Excellent customer service—timely responses to my questions…and never tired of my million questions! Showed up on time. The tech was super nice and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he wore shoe protection booties when he was inside.Pricing seems very reasonable. First treatment was yesterday. I’m Looking forward to working with these guys going forward.

I was under the impression that my home would be inspected for mice entrance points. All the happened was a 10 minute visit, a few traps set inside and a few traps set outside. I specifically expressed concerns about the crawl space before the visit and during the visit and the crawl space was never entered. $500 is way too much money for a few traps to be set and one more visit to pick them up.

Grove arrived at the appointed time, rang the doorbell, and introduced himself before beginning his work. He returned to the door a few minutes to ask whether I had seen ants or had any parrticular concerns. I did not see him again but received an emailed report from him detailing the areas he had treated and the insects that were affected. I appreciated his personable and thorough attention.
