Stay far away. Every part of calling Roto Rooter has been a mistake. They have smaller departments that no one is held accountable for any communication from the call center to dispatch to the technicians to the managers. All they can do is apologize for the situation (miscommunication aka LYING, lack of communication, arriving hours later or not arriving at all) and email a manager. Unfortunately, their techs spend as little time as possible looking at the situation and not even checking the eq
