Dave was great! He came quickly and from out of state, he explained everything to me that was going on with my plumbing situation and fixed things quickly and even though more has to be done he wrote a plan up on the ticket and I plan to get it done with them and request him again if possible, he was very friendly and respectful of our home. When they came out to do the work they told me I would have to remove a number of large trees before they could access the old sewer line. Once I had done that they told me I had to give them $3000-$4000 under the table so the guys on the excavator could jump off and cut through the tree roots to access the sewer line.
