No charge to show up and provide estimates. Which means no hourly rate….which means they charge for EACH service. $1300 for fixing 5 small leaking pipes….45 minutes total time! This company is the definition of taking advantage of customers. Keep shopping, find an affordable solution. The plumber was professional and efficient.

Roman was wonderful to deal with on a complex city sewer tie-in issue. He was patient and worked professionally with the airbnb tenant to clear an obstruction and diagnose the issue. Then he patiently explained the issue to the house manager, the builder, and to the city repair team. Couldn't ask for better customer service!

We had a great experience with Reliant Plumbing. There was an emergency drainage issue at our rental property. I called 5 plumbing companies and Reliant heeded the call! They sent out Roman who was very professional, described the issue thoroughly and was able to get the drain unclogged and help us uncover the issue. There was also a thunderstorm and he continued the job even in those conditions. Great work Reliant team!

Never call Reliant. Don't trust this business! TLDR: 3 days and $16k worth of charges later, we have a river of human waste on our patio/backyard (where my two year old plays) and a warning light and alarm going off confirming our septic reservoir is completely full and charged, despite Reliant installing a brand new grinder pump at exorbitant rates and 'taking care of this' just a day earlier.
