We used these guys a few years ago and it was great. However, recently we had a mystery leak and the experience was miserable. They didn’t detect the leak the first time around, which I can understand. Had them come back, they found the leak. Repaired it and changed the plumbing on a sink that supposedly wasn’t plumbed right, but wasn’t causing any issues. We had water remediation come and dry everything out. They do not like to get dirty. Sewage back up at Apts and they said it was icky and refused to work on it. Said it wasn't sanitary poor babies lol. Call real plumbers!

Professional negligence and way overpriced. I had a great experience with Andrew (and Graham) from Plumb Masters (aka Plumb Doctors) regarding leak detection service for insurance purposes. He is a very experienced plumber and did a great job for a reasonable price. I did not want to work with a leak detection company that works for insurance companies since this was a possible claim and I needed an unbiased, honest assessment of our leak.
