Contacted via website on March 22. Did not receive a response until April 4 via text, saying they would try to stop by some time this week, no estimate of a time given. No further communication has been received and they never showed up. Called another company yesterday, they came out today and fixed the issue.

Called to discuss repair on a leak. Was told the technician would call to discuss the issue. Never received a call back. The dispatch lady is very friendly though.
