Had to have a giant filter replaced! Turn around time would have been 2 weeks, but turned to 3 because of the snow. As soon as it warmed up, they got us on the schedule did the work and did a GREAT job!

They stepped in when a pool company that was building my pool missing, they did a nice job finishing my pool but had an issue with my builder which I made good on for them but they still ghosted me and did not help me at all when I had issues. It was very upsetting as it was winter and my pool could have frozen and they were just not willing to respond. The fact they had a bad experience with the builder aside, I made them whole to my expense so I could maintain a good relationship with them
