I called on a desperate Saturday afternoon needing help for my car key fob that suddenly stopped responding. He did not answer the phone. Some weird confusing phone answering system answered. Called twice. Left a message, eventually. He called back and referred me to call another man "Kenny". At a 949- area code. He said he was "the expert". Kenny answered phone and was a little hard to understand, sounded like he was driving or something, but he would have still been hard to understand. Anyways

Peter is the best. Due to a faulty front door handleset, I've locked myself out of my house - twice! The first time, I couldn't get a hold of Peter; the other guys drilled out 2 deadbolts and it took about an hour. Then, a few days later...I did it again. I was able to contact Peter this time and he performed the same operation in much less time - without having to destroy the 2 existing deadbolts. He then fixed the main issue and everything works now. We should all have Peter on speed-dial
