Wish I could do zero stars. If you are considering Pella versus another product, go with the other. Pella sucks, trust me. They don’t take care of you if you have genuine problems. They send out a few people, then ghost you on the warranty. The door they installed is warped but they keep saying it is ok. One side is all the way in and the other is all the way out. If you need windows or doors, go with another vendor. Don’t trust all these 5 star reviews. Go with someone else, anyone else. Don’t
