The young man who came and measured and discussed their services, and booked us for window glass replacement was excellent. Then the two installers came and were so respectful and careful with a very large, difficult window glass replacement. The second was up almost 17 feet! After they left I went upstairs where they had also replaced a regular window glass for our bedroom. I was so surprised, touched and pleased to see that Dimitry had replaced the curtain rod and curtain. I am five feet tall.
