Many of your shades will stop working around the 5 year mark (i.e. when the warranty ends). Even if they fail during warranty, you'll still pay $250 for a broken shade because they'll charge you for the trip. If it's outside warranty you'll pay $1,000, the shade plus the trip. So find yourself a better solution. Absolutely disastrous quality of their rotors. It's so bad I can't believe I fell for the "a rotor or two may break after 10 years".
