He showed up on time, and was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Alex has a great eye for design, was efficient and thorough in measuring, and put together a complete, fully transparent quote with no surprises. Tom and Vince are pretty helpful on fixing the stone side blinds in property i bought. It was a pretty old version and they get it to work without replacing the shades!
