Naperville Chimney Services did a great job. They were patient and took the time to answer my questions and address the concerns I had. A competitor gave me a whole list of upsells I didn't ask for and offered me a discount in exchange for reviews. That didn't feel right. So, I continued my search and found Naperville Chimney Services. They did their inspection, looked at a previous quote, and told me several of the services listed were not necessary.
