Fast but mind-bogglingly expensive service. I scheduled a service appointment because my garbage disposal was broken. We had already tried multiple solutions, but it was clear that the motor was shot. The tech was prompt and courteous, so I did award them a star for that. However, he spent 5 minutes assessing the unit and concluded, as we had, that it was in need of replacing. The quote for a new unit was $660 and the installation would be over $450.
