Technician came out looking tired or under the influence of something. Speech was slurred and disheveled. Kept talking about unrelated topics after I repeatedly ask if he could turn my gas back on after someone reported a leak. I came home to no gas (no smell). Not sure if someone was spoofing my area but the technician only looked at my stove didn't do any inspections/leak checks. Afterwards sat in his truck for 35-40mins.
