They advertise the first 3 hours free. It is not. We were billed for the full 4.25 hours. $15 + .99 service fee. Just a heads up on shady practices!

Terrible experience. Entered credit card number on after scanning QR when leaving garage, gate opened - but they claim transaction didn’t get through (no error was shown on app). Owed them $3 and was slapped with $36.50 late fee. Avoid at all costs. If you absolutely must use, save screenshot (they do not have a way to print receipt). This has never happened at any other garage.
