This parking lot is new, clean and high-tech. And best of all, it has free parking for the first three hours. When you pull up you put your credit card in even though it will be free for the first three hours. There’s a sign telling you how many stalls are available on each layer. Then there is a light over each stall that is red or green to let you know if it’s available. Then when you leave you just swipe your credit card again. As of today 0-3 hours free, 3-4 hours $2, 4-5 hours $3, 5-6 hours

Ok I’ve officially been here about 100 times. I have the AMC A-List pass so I come to the movies 3-4x a week and wow this garage is hands down the best. The new gate system is much more efficient than the old credit card one. One time the gate broke and it was 12:30am (movies get out late). I emailed customer service and about 1 hour later I got a response. I was worried about my card running forever and charging me, but Robert fixed the problem very fast. Overall I’m very happy with the garage

The lot itself is fine, but beware the owners as if you don't follow their exact process they'll try and slap on a $45 "Notice fee" to your bill. I was able to call and reduce it to $8, but borderline extortion with their billing practices.
