I was disappointed with my experience. While the crew worked quickly, several of my belongings arrived with dents and scratches that should have been avoided with proper handling. I also felt that some items were not protected as carefully as promised. Customer service was not very helpful when I raised my concerns, and I was left frustrated with the outcome. Overall, I expected much better care for my furniture and would not use this company again.

Wish I could give a zero! Were supposed to be at our apartment between 8 and 10 am, but we’re late and didn’t show up until 1. Fine. It happens. Did not finish our two bedroom apartment until 5 pm and didn’t get to our new place (30min drive) until 8:30 pm.
