Opted to pay for the service that has bed assembly. Refused (weirdly) to use a plastic bag to gather all the screws/washers from the bed. Also refused to follow the instructions which we had for bed reassembly. One week had gone by and the bed is now basically falling apart. Go to take it apart and the pieces are not only incorrectly put together, there are a number of pieces missing. Incompetence to the highest degree as a bed that cost more than the move is now unusable. Steer clear from this

Then Dan and Mihajlo were top notch professionals helping me with my move from Brooklyn to Hoboken. Friendly guys, were both very careful with my items, and quick. All at a great cost.
