Quality is the word I would use to summarize my overall experience with Kirkland Water Heater Company. For any business such as this, you sort of expect a certain amount of punctuality and professionalism but for all sorts of reasons, you don't always get that. I try to have reasonable expectations whenever I deal with repairs for my tenants...yes, timing is key but if a vendor rushes out to complete the work, there is a greater chance that additional repair might be needed which delays normal

I had my water heater go out I called Kirkland water heater co. They were quick to give me a quote and they were even quicker getting one of there plumbers out to to cap the water heater same day so constant leak would stop and by next day they were back and had my hot water back in order. Mike the plumber by far went out of his way to make sure I was good and had everything I needed him and his helper was very clean and professional I definitely recommend this company thank you guys 😊

When our hot water heater stopped working two days before Thanksgiving, I thought we were going to be stuck with overnight company who couldn't even shower!
