Kevin Vogt was very unprofessional, he did not show up for my inspection and did not let me know prior to that he wouldn’t be able to make it.
If you are looking for an inspector to turn the other cheek to an inspection issue to help with a sale- you found the wrong guy. Kevin's 20+ years in construction give home buyers /sellers a keen yet thorough prospective of a property.
Kevin with Illini Home Inspection analyzed a plumbing problem I had in my basement. He was able to give me advice that was very helpful. He is very knowledgeable and I would refer him to anyone purchasing or selling a home.
