we didn't end up using this company (agent found us the company separately) but their office/business manager was very helpful and accommodating. She was thorough in assessing our needs. Pricing was competitive. Will keep them in mind for the future

Both Sheri and Hy are wonderful to work with. I had a situation in an apartment building and they came out immediately on a holiday week. Very knowledgeable and compassionate to my problem. Even though they are not required to do so, it would have been nice if they mentioned smaller things: like the washing machine was full of mold. I guess they just stick to the agenda and don't go out of their way to alert you beyond that.
