Horrible company with horrible customer service. My HOA has a service contract with this company and our pool has been closed since Memorial weekend because they won’t fix the problem. On initial start up they ran the pump with the filters removed and since then have repeatedly failed to fix the problem for 3 weeks. They have no showed multiple times and don’t seem to care whether they fix the problem or not.
