We had a clogged/backed up kitchen sink. They showed up within an hour of my initial call. Cleaned out the drain in a timely manner and solved our issue. We would definitely recommend this company and their service. Robert, our service tech, was awesome to deal with!!

These guys know their stuff - especially if you have a tankless toilet installation. I called 8 plumbers, 4 came to bid the project and all bid almost double what DuoPro quoted. They were the only ones to look up the instructions to see how easy it was. They are my new go-to plumber!!

Duopro was very professional. Very up front of telling you your issues and showing you and they didn't try to sell me extras that I didn't need. I called them for my disabled Uncle who needed his gas turned back on because of a gas leak. They rushed right on a Friday morning so I could call the gas company back out before it was too late so he wouldn't have to wait until Monday. Very pleased
