Did not cover any of my personally owned objects in my basement before jackhammering... Now everything is caked in a layer of concrete dust... Somebody was very negligent and pinched the condensation drain hose on my air conditioner and did not undo it which caused my air conditioner to flood. Also Clyde and Daniel were awesome.

After they 'fixed' a wobbly toilet, ($335 for 1 hour), left in that condion by another of their sevice people, a loud noise started occurring when i turned the water. He tried to blame it on A.B. MAY, who several months earler installed a water heater. However, the noise only started AFTER they removed part of the pipe under my toilet. He was very argumentative and very disrespectful. He didnt want to pay for the damage they did to my plumbing system. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE SORRY!

Terrible company. Unhelpful and unprofessional. It’s only a matter of time before they get sued. do not call them you’re better off doing it yourself

Secretary jim/tim has zero customer service skills. Rude and disrespectful. I’ve had this company out to my house, relatives, and clients. Never again. “One bad apple spoils the barrel!”
