Joe F, Shaun M and the crew provided excellent service while dealing with my full cesspool, and locating the main and overflow pools in my backyard, so they could be serviced. Within a couple days of moving into our new home we unfortunately came to realize we had a severe draining issue. I called direct drainage and they immediately responded, sending someone ASAP. When the operator (Bernie) arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem. The issue we were having turned out to be an issue that we needed a plumber for, not a cesspool service.
